Job Description POSITION PURPOSE: Teach, coach and mentor JROTC Cadets to improve their learning and leadership capabilities, and make them better citizens and community leaders, administer and manage the JROTC program effectively according to law, regulations, policies and principles. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Actively recruit students to join JROTC. Achieve desired learning goals by teaching prescribed JROTC subjects listed in the Program of Instruction.
