Job Description Position: Instructional Improvement Coordinator (Title I) Position Summary The Instructional Improvement Coordinator is a Title I-funded administrative position responsible for advancing student achievement through the coordination of educator evaluation, high-quality professional learning, and the implementation of aligned district systems, including a Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) and the Ohio Improvement Process (OIP). The role focuses on strengthening Tier I core instruction, implementing evidence-based practices (ESSA Tier I-III), ensuring fidelity of implementation, and using data-based decision making and return on investment (ROI) analysis to improve outcomes for all learners, particularly those at risk of not meeting grade-level expectations.
