Job Description SHIFT: 6:30am-1:30pm DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following plus any other duties that may be required by the employer. Works closely with the manager in all areas, including but not limited to, food preparation, production, planning, food ordering, inventory and record keeping including financial, payroll records and cashiering. Must be familiar with and able to maintain program requirements and function in all kitchen areas as well as be the main lead on batch cooking, following prescribed temperature requirements and being able to quickly and positively react to the production volume needed throughout meal service. Job Description SHIFT: 7:45am-1:45pm DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following responsiblities are essential functions of the job, plus any other duties that may be required by the employer. Specific duties and responsibilities will be assigned by the manager/supervisor. Works with food preparation, production, planning, food ordering, inventory and record keeping. Collects money in correct amounts for lunch and ala carte sales with a working knowledge of our point of sale system. Computes daily and monthly reports as required.
