Job Description 192 days a year following the school calendar, 5 hours a day JOB ANALYSIS The Assistant Cook helps ensure the cook's responsibilities can be met in a timely manner. This person follows school, state, and federal policies, and procedures to assure funding is maintained and problems are avoided.
