Job Description Wakefield Public Schools POSITION TITLE: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Part Time) LOCATION : Doyle Early Childhood Center POSITION SUMMARY: Wakefield Public Schools is seeking a talented BCBA to join our team. This position is a .5 FTE, which equates to 20 hours per week. QUALIFICATIONS: Hold a valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Experience supporting children with social-emotional and/or behavior challenges Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, and the ability to work with all stakeholders RESPONSIBILITIES:: Work collaboratively with school staff and IEP teams to provide support and coaching Consult with parents as needed for behavioral issues across home and/or school settings Provide training for paraprofessionals and faculty on behavior plans/recommendations, de-escalation skills, and understanding behaviors....
