Job Description Course Description: In Culinary Arts, students will learn the necessary skills that are essential in any culinary environment: advanced culinary techniques, budgeting, and menu creation. The project will end with a community based pop-up kitchen that pushes the boundaries of traditional flavor profiles while maintaining rigorous standards of execution, sustainability, and kitchen management. Preparation & Practice Time: Up to 2 hours per week preparing for Projects Hours: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:25pm-3:25pm Long-term coaching during "Projects": Meet with students Tuesdays and Thursdays, 1 hour each day, from September to late May.
