Job Description Lyndon Institute is seeking to hire a part-time, 20 hours per week, Outdoor Adventure Director. This position will work a10-month schedule in accordance with our academic school calendar. This position will report directly to the Head of School and work extensively with the Dean of Students. SUMMARY: The Outdoor Adventure Director will oversee creating, planning, and promoting opportunities for Lyndon Institute (LI) students to enjoy outdoor recreation regularly. Programming can be during or after the school day, large and/or small groups, in coordination with classes and curricula or not. S/he will lead a volunteer committee of educators and staff at LI to achieve these goals and to define this program.
