Job Description Job Description: Enable students to derive the fullest possible educational experience from school. Primary Responsibilities: Assess children through appropriate evaluation techniques under the guidance of the school psychologist. Provide appropriate intervention strategies following the assessment process under the guidance of the school psychologist. Report assessment results to parents and teachers under the guidance of the psychologist. Serve as a member of the Child Study Team with the guidance of the psychologist. Participates in in-service training. Gain familiarity with the duties of the school psychologist, including a knowledge of assessment, utilization of school andcommunity resources, and the operation of the public school system.
