Job Description DUTIES: Coordinate and oversee athletic events hosted by the high school. Plan and organize event logistics for assigned athletic contests and activities. Communicate with coaches, officials, visiting teams, administration, and support staff regarding event needs and expectations. Arrange and supervise game-day operations, including ticketing, crowd flow, supervision, and facility readiness. Ensure athletic venues are properly prepared for contests, including equipment, seating, signage, and event setup. Assist with scheduling event workers, supervisors, security, and other support personnel as needed. Monitor events to help ensure safety, good sportsmanship, and compliance with school and district expectations.
