Job Description The Resource Nurse will collaborate with the Director of Health Services to support the district health services' needs. This would include program management, nursing services, health education, community health awareness, and professional practice. Through collaboration the Resource Nurse, Director of Health Services, and each building specific School Nurse and Principal will identify areas of support needed for the health services in each school. Additionally, the Resource Nurse will collaborate with the Director of Health Services to meet CSHS grant-related performance measures. Qualifications: Graduate of a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing program approved by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing Current, unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
