Job Description Food Service Specialist As a Food Service Specialist, you will deliver measurable results in assisting the Kitchen Manager in providing healthy and nutritious school lunches that meet all state and federal requirements for an approved school lunch or à la carte menu. This is a 3-hour/day, school-year position. Reports To Food Service Manager Qualifications Love what you do-working to provide healthy and nutritious school lunches to all RSU 21 students. Must have a high school diploma and/or G.E.D., sanitation certification, and a minimum of two years of food service experience. Must demonstrate organizational skills and have the physical ability to meet the demands of the job. All employees must hold a valid DOE fingerprinting certification.
