Job Description POSITION SUMMARY The Charter Office Administrative Assistant is a calendar-year, full-time position that reports to the Director of Operations. The Charter Office Administrative Assistant works with the Charter Office team to welcome families, guests, volunteers, community members, staff, and visitors to the school while ensuring that safety protocol and procedures are observed. The Charter Office Administrative Assistant manages communications, including attendance, transfers, calls and emails, and handles additional office projects and workflow as assigned.
