Job Description Key Responsibilities Process accounts payable and assist with accounts receivable Process purchase orders Reconcile bank statements monthly Process checks and deposits for high school activity funds Prepare deposits and assist with budget tracking Help compile financial reports and audit documentation Provide positive customer service to staff and vendors Research discrepancies in billing and act to ensure correction Maintain filing system Serve as back-up to high school office answering phones Other duties as assigned by the Finance Director Qualifications High school diploma required (Associate's degree preferred) Minimum two years' experience in accounting or bookkeeping Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office software Ability to maintain confidentiality Proficiency on 10-key calculator Additional Information This is a non-union position...
