Job Description PRIMARY FUNCTION: SECEP is looking for a full-time Teacher Specialist to provide instructional and behavioral support to classrooms in the form of staff training, classroom observations, consultation with classroom teams, and direct work with students and staff. The Teacher Specialist must have strong knowledge and experience in the areas of assessment, IEP development, classroom structure, and organizational methods, state (SOLs and A-SOLs) and program-adopted curriculum frameworks (ABLLS/Functional Curriculum), instructional content area, positive programming practices, and effective instructional strategies.
