Job Description JOB SUMMARY: Provide secretarial support to the Business Manager in a manner that is professional, diplomatic, and complies with confidentiality requirements. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain all health benefits for district employees and district retirees. Administer invoices, enrollments, terminations and payments. Orient new hired employees to Pottsgrove's benefit plans. Point of contact for health benefits, FSA, and 403B. Serve as primary contact for open enrollment with vendors and staff. Manage the District's open enrollment activities. Continuous communication with Payroll for appropriate premium deductions. Serve as Workman's Compensation coordinator; receive all injury documentation and forward to the insurance company. Continuous communication with workers compensation provider.
