Overview: This position will be in the Learning Solutions & Technology group within the Workforce Development organization at Electric Boat. This group is responsible for learning solutions, and providing key deliverables for training activities. This job is focused on developing and maintaining curriculum for the operations and safety departments of the organization. This role will partner with organizational team members to build courses and curriculum paths in the LMS, as well as work with Key Stakeholders to develop a variety of learning products. This role will support the growth of shipbuilders at EB and overcome obstacles as they arise.
