Job Description Job Title: Crisis Management Assistant Purpose Statement: The job of the Crisis Management Assistant (CMA) is done for the purpose/s of supporting students in crisis at each school assigned, providing redirection, de-escalation, self-regulation, and other crisis prevention intervention techniques to reduce student outrage and return students to class.
