Position: Finance and Operations Coordinator Food & Nutrition Description & Essential Functions: The Administration is seeking a person qualified by education and experience to assist the Assistant Director of Food and Nutrition Services in facilitating the cafeteria affairs of the district through the supervision of the many office related tasks under direction and guidance of the Director Essential functions include: Answer telephones, record messages and greet visitors Reconcile Food Service bills and invoices, process requisitions Accounts receivable and accounts payable Reconcile bank accounts monthly Prepare journal entries Debt management (unpaid meal charges) Prepare monthly financial statements Reconcile deposits and sales Place orders for delivery to the schools Approve time entry and process absence reporting corrections for all cafeteria...
