Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Reading Interventionist (Elementary) FLSA Status: Exempt Days of Work: 190 Days _____________________________________________________________________ GENERAL SUMMARY The Reading Interventionist provides targeted instructional support to elementary students who are performing below grade level in reading and literacy. This position is responsible for planning and delivering small-group, evidence-based reading interventions, analyzing student data, monitoring progress, and collaborating with teachers to strengthen literacy outcomes. The Reading Interventionist works closely with school leadership to implement effective Tier I, Tier II, and Tier III supports to accelerate student achievement in reading.
