Job Description SHIFT: 6:30am-1:30pm DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following plus any other duties that may be required by the employer. Specific duties and responsibilities will be assigned by the director, or kitchen supervisor. Works closely with the manager in all areas, including but not limited to, food preparation, production, planning, food ordering, inventory and record keeping including financial, payroll records and cashiering.
