Job Description Reports to: Director of Transportation Term: Full Time, 52 weeks per year, 8 hours per day General Description The Transportation Administrative Assistant and Payroll Coordinator will coordinate and oversee administrative and finance duties as assigned by the Director of Transportation to ensure that the office operates efficiently and smoothly. The role of the Office and Finance Manager is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety, and the effective processing of payroll.
