Job Description Reports To: Satellite Tech III Team Leader and Director of Food Service Summary The Food Service Assistant (FSA) is responsible for assisting in the preparation and service of school meals. The FSA is responsible for strictly following all food safety procedures, practicing excellent customer service, understanding serving sizes and portion tools as specified in production records, general cleaning, dishwashing, and other duties as assigned.
