Job Description JOB GOAL: The Music Secretary works with our Performing Arts program. This position is a 225 day position with some week nights and weekends for concerts, theater productions and contests. The Music Department secretary works in conjunction with our Band, Choir and Orchestra Directors along with our Drama Director. This person will manage scheduling of events and needs related to those events, along with travel for groups to contests throughout the year. The position works with our Band Booster program to schedule meetings and assist with needs during the school day.
