Job Description Position Summary Stephens County Schools is seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Literacy Coaches to support elementary literacy instruction. The Literacy Coaches will work directly with teachers and students to improve reading outcomes through evidence-based practices aligned to the science of reading. These positions are designed to build teacher capacity, strengthen classroom instruction, and increase student achievement in literacy.
