Job Description JOB GOAL Responsible for performing a variety of technical clerical work preparing and maintaining student attendance data and demographic statistics in an assigned school using a variety of computer databases and systems. This includes keying and auditing data to ensure accuracy of all student data required by the state and federal Department of Education (DOE) and the district. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Collects all data required to maintain systems supporting transcripts, grade reporting, rank-in-class, student scheduling, school master schedule, instructors file, special needs, LPAC/Bilingual, immunization, social security/state ID numbers, city and state and country of birth, language surveys, college entry codes, dropout recovery, and student demographic data.
