Job Description Associate's degree from an accredited educational institution or minimum of five (5) years experience in educational, governmental, or private accounting/bookkeeping experience. Experience with financial accounting software. Knowledge of financial management, budgeting procedures, governmental accounting and auditing requirements. Ability to use a personal computer efficiently in the execution of duties. Ability to set priorities and prepare complete and accurate accounting reports. Ability to prepare technical reports.
