SUMMARY: Speech-Language Pathologist responsible for the evaluation and treatment of students with speech and language impairments that adversely affect their progress in the educational setting. These impairments may include deficits in articulation, language, fluency or voice. Speech-language Pathologists in the school setting may also serve on intervention teams and as support to general education staff and students. EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor Degree in Education with teacher certification preferred. Master Degree in Speech Language Pathology with earned Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). Clinical Fellow Year candidates also considered. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
