Job Description PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Franklin County teachers are expected to abide by the School Board approved Teacher Evaluation System. Teacher Evaluation Handbook available at the District Website. 2.Create or select long range plans based on a review of district and state standards, priorities, student profiles, and instructional priorities.
