Elementary Educator will teach core subjects (math, reading, science, social studies) to young children (K-4), creating engaging lesson plans, managing a positive classroom environment, assessing student progress, communicating with parents, and fostering social-emotional development, all while adapting to diverse learning needs and preparing students for future grades and standardized tests. Various methods, critical thinking, differentiation, including hands-on activities, technology, to build foundational skills will be used.

Core Responsibilities:
Instruction: Develop and deliver lesson plans for core subjects, adapting curriculum to meet district and state standards.
Classroom Management: Establish and enforce rules, create a positive and inclusive learning environment, and manage student behavior.
Assessment: Grade assignments, monitor student progress, and use data to inform instruction.
Student Support: Provide extra help, differentiate instruction for diverse needs, and support social-emotional growth.
Communication: Maintain open communication with parents/guardians about student performance.
Collaboration: Work with other teachers, staff, and administrators.
Administrative Duties: Maintain records, prepare for standardized tests, and participate in training.

Key Skills & Qualifications
Education: A minimum of a bachelor's degree in elementary education or a related field is required.
Licensure: Public school teachers must hold a valid state-issued teaching certification or license.
Soft Skills: High levels of patience,empathy, creativity, and with strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for managing energetic young learners.
Physical Stamina: The role requires the ability to stand for long periods and react quickly in various school environments.
