Anticipated Opening for an English Language Arts Specialist at Oyster River Middle School
The Oyster River Cooperative School District is seeking a full-time English Language Arts Specialist for the 2026-2027 School Year.
Qualifications: NH Certification in English Language Arts and master's degree preferred, Relevant classroom experience and Knowledge/Experience in MTSS preferred. Experience with curriculum design, implementation, and leadership preferred.
Job Goal: Implement an instructional program that meets the needs of all students, integrates research-based strategies, teach courses as necessary, and align with the district's ELA curriculum and the New Hampshire Frameworks.
The purpose of the English Language Arts Specialist/Teacher is to provide Tier I instructional support to teachers and students and to provide targeted Tier II supports to students specifically in the areas of writing and reading comprehension. To participate in the MTSS Team for ELA, implement targeted instruction for acceleration in ELA, and to support teachers in the delivery of English Language Arts instruction.
