Job Description ATHLETIC DIRECTOR (anticipated) SUMMARY: Organizes and administers the overall athletic program for the district DUTIES AND PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS: 1. Responsible for the management of all aspects of the district-wide athletic program. 2. Plans and Implements promotions, fundraisers, marketing, and game day activities for athletic program. 3. Collaborates with coaches, administrators, and other stakeholders on marketing strategy, out of box thinking, and risk taking to maximize revenue and sponsorship for district. 4. Develops strategic plan for local/regional marketing and advertising campaigns to drive ticket sales and maximize event awareness and exposure. 5. Manages production of promotional publications and items, such as media guides, game day programs, brochures, posters, etc to ensure consistency. 6.
