Job Description Dean of Students High School Position Overview The Dean of Students will serve as a key member of the administrative team, with primary responsibility for attendance management, chronic absenteeism intervention, and truancy prevention. This position will also function as the school's McKinney-Vento liaison and collaborate with administration on student behavioral and disciplinary matters.
