Job Description The Vermont Higher Education Collaborative (VT-HEC) is seeking a collaborative leader to coordinate our licensure and endorsement programs and support professional learning efforts as our Director of Early Childhood Programs. The Director oversees all aspects of program development and improvement to ensure high-quality, inclusive learning opportunities for Vermont's early childhood workforce.
