Job Description Position Title: Director of Elementary Behavior Analysis Department: Instructional Services Division Reports To: Assistant Superintendent, Elementary Schools FLSA Status: Exempt SUMMARY: Provides oversight and support of implementation of MTSS behavior supports with a focus on Tier 3 behavior interventions; provides professional development. Responsible for administration and the safety and welfare of both students and staff. Provides leadership at the local school level in carrying out the goals and objectives of the school district, administers and supervises all the activities and personnel of the school toward the fullest possible development of each student with a focus on social-emotional learning.
