Job Description Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or closely related field. Eight years of progressively responsible experience in building equipment maintenance management, including electrical, HVAC, roofing, carpentry, painting, plumbing, and grounds care, with demonstrated experience in facilities planning or capital project development.
