Job Description General Definition of Work The Payroll Systems Manager, under limited supervision, performs senior level work with considerable decision-making discretion overseeing key payroll management duties, such as auditing the monthly payroll processes, ensuring the accuracy of each payroll cycle, calculating back payments and pay adjustments. This position will work closely with department administration to ensure that the payroll processes are accurate, efficient, and compliant with required regulations. Employee serves as the technical lead on systems analysis, systems solutions, and the development of new systems to meet user needs. Employee performs complex and supervisory work to carry out Board of Education policies and procedures related to payroll under the direction of the Director of Payroll.
