We are looking for a Senior Learning Design Editor to guide the development of Knovva's online learning for high school students. This candidate will be responsible for providing quality assurance, creative input, and the overall enhancement of learning design content and interactivity. They will work collaboratively with the Online Learning Team and other members of Knovva's Academic staff to develop and hone clear, comprehensive and feasible learning goals. The Senior Editor should feel comfortable conducting academic research on a range of subjects, collaborating with external partners and subject matter experts, and be prepared to apply their learning to innovative learning experiences for high school students in online forms. Job Description: Provide quality assurance on content and learning design Edit materials for narrative, educational goals and interactive engagement Provide curriculum design support for online courses Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning content for teens Design engaging user experiences for teens Collaborate with illustrators, graphic designers, and other media artists to ensure smooth and engaging online course production Collaborate with members of the academic team to polish product, establish goals and provide timely feedback on related curriculum and programming Qualifications: 5-7 years work experience in education Master's degree or higher, background in education technology preferred Experience with content writing and editing Experience with UI/UX/LX design is needed Extensive background in curriculum design Experience in international education is a plus The Senior Learning Design Editor is a full-time position based in Knovva Academy's office in the Seaport neighborhood of Boston.
