Job Description Position Summary The Part Time Beginning Teacher Support Specialist provides mentoring, coaching, and professional support to beginning teachers. This position is designed to promote teacher effectiveness, increase teacher retention, and support the successful transition of new educators into the profession through individualized coaching, classroom support, and professional development.
