Job Description Develop and maintain an effective educational program consistent with State and Federal guidelines and the philosophy, policies and goals of the School Board; maintain records and files; prepare reports and presentations. • Assist in the planning and implementation of a systematic method of supervising the instructional program through the use of learning walks, observations, documentations, and follow-up conferences. • Assist in evaluating methods and materials and developing effective learning plans and classroom techniques. • Assist in the coordination and supervision of supportive services. • Create and implement instructional professional learning experiences. • Supports successful implementation of district curriculum through coaching and professional development. • Monitor performance against implementation and performance indicators. • Develop communication for data-driven decision making on a system-wide basis. •...
