Job Description June 29, 2026 E X P E C T E D V A C A N C Y The following is a full-time, 12-month position: Assistant Director of Buildings and Grounds Position Summary The Assistant Director of Buildings and Grounds supports the safe, clean, efficient, and well-maintained operation of all district buildings, grounds, and related systems in a K-12 school environment. Reporting directly to the Director of Buildings and Grounds, this position assists in overseeing daily maintenance and grounds operations, implementing preventive maintenance programs, coordinating contractors and inspections, maintaining equipment and inventory, and helping manage capital improvements and larger construction projects.
