Job Description The Acton-Boxborough Regional School District, is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to work as an ABA tutors. The students receive highly specialized instruction to each child with inclusion opportunities provided and supported as appropriate. The ABA Tutor position is an integral part of the program. Job Description The Pathways program provides a partial inclusion and/or fully sub-separate model of learning that utilizes intensive Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) instruction. The services may include a combination of supported inclusion, discrete trial sessions, small group activities/learning, and incidental teaching strategies. Students access general education classes with support and the use of a modified curriculum and individually designed programs. Teacher/student ratios are very low in order to provide small group and/or individualized instruction.
