Students, grades 2-6, receiving support through the language and beyond program are primarily identified with Specific Learning Disabilities and/or Communication disorders. Job Description The Pathways program provides a partial inclusion and/or fully sub-separate model of learning that utilizes intensive Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) instruction. The services may include a combination of supported inclusion, discrete trial sessions, small group activities/learning, and incidental teaching strategies. Students access general education classes with support and the use of a modified curriculum and individually designed programs. Teacher/student ratios are very low in order to provide small group and/or individualized instruction.
