Job Description Title Code: Senior Facilitator: Bilingual Family & Community Outreach JOB SUMMARY Provides leadership for the department and assists the Senior Manager in providing overall leadership to the team of Bilingual Facilitators. Ensures year-round continuity of support for language minority families by maintaining strong connections between home, school, and community, especially during summer months. Supports the implementation of the county's program for English Language Learners (ELL) families with the goal of developing and maintaining connections between the home, school, and community.
