Job Description POSITION SUMMARY: Performs administrative duties providing primary support to the CFO/Business Administrator. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, board committee preparation, answering phone calls, managing calendar, mailings, meeting arrangements, preparing reports, minutes, meeting agendas, and financial data; working collaboratively and providing coverage for other administrative staff. POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Administrative Support: Responsible for providing a range of administrative support services to the CFO, Assistant Business Administrator, and the Business Department Responsible for scheduling and managing the CFO's calendar, including prioritizing, and resolving related conflicts and competing demands, proactively scheduling important meetings with internal and external individuals, and maintaining an organized office.
