Job Description Title Code: Facilitator: Work Based Learning This posting creates a pool of candidates for future positions that may become available. JOB SUMMARY Responsible for locating, developing, implementing and coordinating student internship programs for assigned schools. The position will support students, parents, school administration, and business and community groups. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborates with business partners to cultivate new internship and apprenticeship opportunities. Works with business partners and AACPS stakeholders to establish plans for long term growth of Internship and Apprenticeship programs. Visits internship/apprenticeship work sites to ensure a safe working environment, a committed mentor, and the rigor and relevance of the internship.
