Job Description Job Description: The Public Schools of Brookline seeks a Math Specialist working at the Roland Hayes School. This is a full-time position. Duties include but are not limited to: Supporting K-8 classroom teachers with understanding of math content and pedagogical knowledge through collaborative coaching, unit planning, differentiated instruction, and ongoing assessment; Supporting a diverse range of learners from interventions to extensions in mathematics in the classroom and small groups; Maintaining a mathematically literate school culture Collaborating with other math specialists to review curricular resources, design professional development, and analyze data. Required Qualifications: Strong Math content knowledge Massachusetts Teacher Certification with SEI endorsement or additional license in ESL Math Certification, 1-6 or 5-8.
