Job Description Job Description : Middle School (Grades 5-6) Physical Education Co-Teacher Highlands Middle School (0.31 FTE) Job Summary : The Middle School Physical Education (PE) Co-Teacher is responsible for co-planning and co-delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate physical education lessons to students in grades 5-6. The teacher will create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes physical fitness, teamwork, and a lifelong appreciation for physical activity. Qualifications : Education : Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Kinesiology, or a related field. Certification: Valid middle level teaching certification required. Valid Michigan middle level/secondary teaching certification in Physical Education preferred. Experience: Previous experience teaching middle school students is preferred.
