Job Description Position: Central Office - Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent Qualifications: 1. Must have 48 semester hours of college course work documented by official college transcripts; or an associate degree; or show documentation of having passed the HQ paraprofessional assessment. 2. In an interview, be able to demonstrate competence in performing the responsibilities associated with this position. 3. Have a documented history of satisfactory supervisory experiences and effective communications with students, staff, and parents. The final decision for filling the vacancy will be based upon the Administration's perception of the applicant's ability to meet the qualificatons.
