Job Description Course Description: In Culinary Arts, students will learn the necessary skills that are essential in any culinary environment: advanced culinary techniques, budgeting, and menu creation. The project will end with a community based pop-up kitchen that pushes the boundaries of traditional flavor profiles while maintaining rigorous standards of execution, sustainability, and kitchen management.
