Job Description Job Title: Supervisor, Heating and Ventilation Department: Planning & Engineering Reports To: Chief Supervisor HVAC Position Overview: Under Supervision verify all heating, air conditioning, refrigeration and ventilation work requested by schools; visit school buildings to evaluate HVAC systems conditions and estimate costs of work requested; prepare specifications and estimates for performing the HVAC work and repairs; inspect and examine all work and repairs being performed on work orders or contracted services; supervise, schedule and direct work being performed within BPS Mechanical maintenance contract; approve invoices submitted for HVAC maintenance and repairs; perform related duties.
